Seven things I've built. Each one has its own write-up: the problem, what I built, and what came of it.

Floe Labs

Payments and metering infrastructure for AI agents. The API meters every call an agent makes and enforces its spend limits before money moves, and an OpenAI-compatible gateway in front of it routes 125 models across 20 providers. I built the API, the console, the gateway, the voice platform, the CLI, and the deploy pipeline.

Key Result

400 users and 746 wallets onboarded without anyone touching a private key. Four developer packages shipped to npm and PyPI, including a zero-dependency CLI of 33 commands and an MCP server exposing 80 LLM-callable tools, listed in the official MCP Registry. Six CI/CD workflows deploy the production estate with post-deploy verification that blocks a bad release.

Neyo: AI Agent Engine

Production AI SaaS platform: a Claude-powered agent engine in Rails plus the full React/TypeScript frontend, built end to end in 2 months.

Key Result

Cut LLM API costs about 90% with prompt caching, context compaction, and multi-model routing: Sonnet for the agent loop, Haiku for the light work.

Quellit AI

Quellit AI runs end-to-end web QA with a multi-agent engine. It reads a team's Jira, GitHub, and Figma requirements, writes the test cases from them, and then drives a real cloud browser to execute and verify each one.

Key Result

Integrated 12 third-party systems, including a signature-verified GitHub webhook that turns every opened pull request into an AI-generated test plan. Linear, Vercel, and Figma OAuth are brokered through Nango.

An AI platform for third-party risk management (TPRM). It reads vendor documents and questionnaires so an organization can score its vendors and keep watching them.

Key Result

A review that used to run for weeks now finishes the same day, and nobody reads every page hunting for the risk indicators.

A PDF assistant that answers questions about your files. It summarizes a document, pulls text out of it, and keeps the whole exchange in one chat.

Key Result

Answers questions about documents over 1,000 pages long without anyone opening the file. Handles several formats and batch uploads.

Event Ticketing Platform

An event ticketing platform for creating and running events, selling tickets, and tracking registrations. It scans QR code tickets at the door, emails attendees on its own, and shows the organizer live analytics.

Key Result

Ran ticket sales and door check-in for live events. Check-in is a phone camera scan instead of a name on a printed list, and the organizer watches the sales come in live.

A virtual production platform: scene management, a shared asset library, and the collaboration tools a crew works in.

Key Result

Production studios use it as the shared workspace for scenes and assets. Several people work in one project at once instead of passing files around.
